How to make Egg Pancakes

Enjoy a homemade egg pancakes on a sunday morning or weekends with family, friends or pets. This blog post will guide you on how to make them, feel free to spice it up to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoon of butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • Toppings like honey, marple syrup, chocolate syrup or jam.

Process

Step 1

Get two clean bowls for mixing your ingredients

Step 2

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in one of the bowls

Step 3

Whisk the egg, milk and vegetable oil in the remaining bowl till some bubbles are formed

Step 4

Pour the liquid mixture of the egg, milk and vegetable oil into the bowl containing the flour mixture and whisk, it’s okay to have some lumps.

Step 5

Get your frying pan and heat for some seconds, then pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan and allow to heat up a little

Step 6

Fetch 1 cooking spoon of your pancake mixture and pour into the pan and allow to fry, make sure to turn it over to fry both sides. Do this for the remaining mixtures till you are done frying the entire mixture.

Step 7

Add your toppings to your pancakes and Enjoy 😋
